The Job Role:

• A Head Chef to lead a busy quality hotel working for aa rosette standards

• To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward

• A Head Chef to take full P&L responsibility

• Developing a high-performing and motivated team

The Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment

• Experience with managing large teams is a must

• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service

• The successful Head Chef will have led fresh food operations

• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must

• Must come from a busy Hotel or premium gastro pub background

• Due to location own transport is essential
