We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major cut and carve project. This is working for a leading construction main contractor who have a strong reputation for delivering innovative and complex projects across London.

Project Overview:

We are embarking on a major cut and carve scheme in Central London, aimed at enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of existing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the cut and carve project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
• Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a strong background in cut and carve projects or similar complex construction schemes.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, practices, and regulations in the UK market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
