- Replying to enquires as well as following up on enquiries
- Assisting where required with hosting of site inspections
- Compile and contribute to daily and weekly reporting
- General office support duties for Admin Office and updating the events calendar
Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer software
- Energetic and able to multitask and manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
- Able to take instructions and initiatives
- Decent written English and pleasant telephone manners with ability to communicate confidently internally and externally with different stakeholders.
- Experience in a similar role would be preferable
