Conference

  • Qualify and convert enquiry
  • Offer and contract
  • Pro forma invoices
  • Function sheet preparation & distribution
  • Post charges
  • Verify invoice for accuracy 
  • Post event client follow up

Groups Reservations

  • Replying to enquires as well as following up on enquiries
  • Assisting where required with hosting of site inspections
  • Compile and contribute to daily and weekly reporting
  • General office support duties for Admin Office and updating the events calendar

Qualifications :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
  • Competency using a variety of computer software
  • Energetic and able to multitask and manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
  • Able to take instructions and initiatives
  • Decent written English and pleasant telephone manners with ability to communicate confidently internally and externally with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in a similar role would be preferable
