Digital Planning Manager – Boutique Agency – London

Are your strengths understanding client challenges, building relationships, and implementing digital marketing strategy across a varied portfolio of clients? Ideally you will be someone with a background in managing projects, working to deadlines, and have confidence in liaising with clients on a regular basis.

Due to continued successes and growth, the agency is looking for a Client Services Account Manager to provide support with a mix of clients.

Digital Planning & Client Services Manager Responsibilities:

As the Digital Planning Manager you will take leadership of a number of key clients. You will also be given the opportunity to work alongside and learn from senior team members as you support these clients being the main day to day contact for each client. You will be responsible for running all client communication and will be regularly on client calls and project managing the activation team to deliver your strategic vision.

Your role will include:

  • Client communication: Lots of client contact, meetings zoom calls, phone calls, emails, and face to face meetings
  • Being the touch point for client relationships: From the checking of reports from the delivery teams before they go to clients, to taking clients for lunches.
  • Produce detailed growth strategies for each client utilising modern PPC and Paid Social practises
  • Project manage the PPC, and Paid Social teams to ensure they are working efficiently, on time and within budget
  • Reviewing deadlines and being comfortable making recommendations to clients as you deem necessary.
  • Working alongside Performance team, Head of PPC and Head of Paid Social.
  • Reporting on findings, using Data Studio
  • Supporting the PPC and Paid Social teams with activation on occasion
  • Identifying new opportunities to grow accounts

Your Skills & Experience:

Media planning experience, including Paid Social, PPC, or Programmatic. Experience in multiple is ideal, but not essential.

OR experience in Paid Social/ PPC/ Programmatic, and you are looking to move into a Client Services position.

  • Very good understanding of strategy for PPC and Paid Social and how these can complement each other and work together.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills; with the ability communicate effectively with clients at C Level. The majority of contacts will be Directors or Managing Directors.
  • Ability to take ownership of client accounts and create strong client relationships
  • Ability to manage and balance projects in an efficient way
  • Must be able to work in an ever changing, dynamic environment with a passionate and agile mindset.
  • Strong communicator and presenter that can simplify the media world to client
  • Ability to prioritize workload and be organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with large datasets, and an analytical mindset is essential.
