Successful candidate will:1. Lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support.2. Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs.3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.4. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.5. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, making improvements where necessary.
Desirable Experience:1. Proven experience in managing a care home or similar setting.2. Strong understanding of learning and physical disabilities.3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.4. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.5. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.6. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Completed QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management.
