Office Manager

We are recruiting exclusively for an Office Manager for a Leicester SME company. Our client is looking to recruit a candidate who is hands-on and willing to support in all transactional areas of finance when needed. The duties will vary from day to day and the role is viewed as a support position. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director and also to the Finance Manager. Salary is up to GBP38,000.

Overall Office Manager Duties

  • Support accounts payable when required
  • Ensuring invoice authorisation procedures are followed
  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Assist with payment preparations when required
  • Support when needed with supplier statement reconciliations
  • Support accounts receivable when required
  • Support the Finance Manager with reporting
  • Support the Credit Control team when needed to improve debt collection
  • Resolving supplier accounts queries
  • Resolving Sage issues
  • Support in payroll when needed
  • Ensure all financial records are kept up to date
  • Assist with incoming emails and phone queries

Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP38,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am – 5:00 pm
