Industrial Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in the Dudley area. We are looking for dedicated Production Operatives / Machine Operators to join their production team.
Role Details:
As a Production Operative / Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
* The day-to-day running of production machinery
* Labelling products accurately
* Carrying out machinery tool changeovers (training provided)
* Utilising a basic computer-controlled system on machinery
* Conducting basic quality checks
* Filling bottles with liquids and other ingredients
While full training is provided, candidates must have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Working Hours:
* 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
* Weekly rotating shifts
* Initial Training Period: First 3-6 months on a standard day shift (07:00 – 15:00 or 08:00 – 16:00)
