We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead a vibrant and welcoming venue in Darlington. What Youll Be Doing

• Leading from the frontsupporting the team on the floor, behind the bar, and engaging with guests
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere
• Managing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including stock control, compliance, and service standards
• Driving sales and enhancing the overall guest experience
• Managing bookings and events to maximise business opportunities
